About the role

We’re seeking talented Platform Engineers to lead development and delivery of high-quality cloud platform solutions. As a full-time remote role based anywhere in the Philippines, you’ll work with Australian enterprises to define, build and execute test strategies that ensure product integrity and scale.

What you'll be doing

• Defining and managing project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Developing and executing comprehensive project plans, managing project resources, and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders, developers, and other project team members
• Providing regular progress updates and reporting on key metrics to senior management
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices
• Mentoring and developing junior project managers within the team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Software Development Project Manager or in a similar role
• Experience delivering fixed priced projects
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• PMP or Agile certification is preferred
