About the role

We're seeking a talented .NET Azure Tech Lead to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge software solutions. As a full-time remote role, based anywhere the Philippines, you'll work with Australian enterprises in shaping their future.

What you'll be doing

1. Provide technical leadership and oversee the development of .NET and Azure-based applications.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute on software architecture and design.
3. Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
4. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
5. Identify and implement innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry.
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tooling.

What we're looking for

1. Extensive experience (8+ years) in .NET application development, preferably with Azure cloud platform
2. Strong technical expertise in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and Azure services
3. Hands-on experience in software architecture, design, and development best practices
4. Proven track record of leading and mentoring cross-functional teams
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
6. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with stakeholders
7. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends including AI.
