About the role

We’re seeking talented Platform Engineers to lead development and delivery of high-quality cloud platform solutions. As a full-time remote role based anywhere in the Philippines, you’ll work with Australian enterprises to define, build and execute test strategies that ensure product integrity and scale.

What you'll be doing

• Designing, implementing, and optimizing complex cloud-based platform architectures
• Developing and maintaining high-performing, scalable, and secure infrastructure components
• Automating and streamlining platform deployment and management processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address platform-related issues
• Continuously researching and implementing new technologies to enhance platform capabilities
• Documenting and maintaining comprehensive platform-related processes and procedures
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Platform Engineering or DevOps role
• Proficiency in cloud computing platforms with deep expertise in Azure
• Extensive experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Bicep, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Strong understanding of container technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering robust and scalable solutions
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
